# DNACalib

## Build
|
|
|
|
Use [CMake](https://cmake.org/) to generate the build-scripts required for building _DNACalib_, e.g. by executing the following commands from the project root directory:
|
|
|
|
```
|
|
mkdir build
|
|
cd build
|
|
cmake ..
|
|
```
|
|
|
|
And subsequently, to start the build process:
|
|
|
|
```
|
|
cmake --build .
|
|
``` |
